At the time of starting this project (early 2020) I was employed by Fiber Forged Composites, so some of the work showcased here was as an employee of theirs. I 3D scanned Bob's entire Corvette to design and 3D model most of the body modifications, that were subsequently made out of carbon fiber by Fiber Forged Composites. The only part I didn't 3D model was the roof - Kevin Grant did an outstanding job modeling the A-surface, and I did the B-surface and engineering work.

I 3D modeled the fender flares (over 5+ inches were added to each side of the car), which we then 3D printed at FFC on the BigRep One. The printed flares were then fit to the car, molded, reproduced out of fiberglass, and then the original fenders on the car were cut out and replaced with the new widened fiberglass fenders.

The main artistic design render showcased above is by the very talented designer Gary Ragle.

I also modeled the carbon fiber front and rear bumpers to be much more petite and streamlined than the stock Corvette ones, as well as model the carbon fiber rear spoiler, side skirts, rear diffusers, front air splitter, and designed and modeled the 3D printed door handles (which I am now selling on this website as a production part). The door handles on Bob's car have exclusive carbon fiber accents which are not on the production versions.
