ARTIST DESIGN & PRACTICAL ENGINEERING
We go through a full phase of ideation concept sketching and idea generating - which can include basic market research, specialist consultations, and every major step associated with project design and development. Ideas can be drawn and presented in any degree of finish from black-and-white concept sketches to full-color renderings representative of the final product. We can create custom branded presentations that eloquently lay out the entire project and effectively communicate all relevant information through storyboards, moodboards, graphs, charts, diagrams, drawings, and renderings.
SURFACE DESIGN & MODELING
We use CAD software to model complex preliminary or class-A surfaces. Depending on use and specific scenarios, these surfaces can be physically mocked up early in the design process using cost effective low-to-medium fidelity techniques, ensuring real-world proportions, shapes, and uses meet the project's criteria.
SOLID MODELING & ENGINEERING
We use CAD software to create and engineer solid models ready to manufacture. Once we get past the initial stages of conceptual design and surface development, our design and engineering decisions become more heavily driven by hands-on experience and direct communication with the production specialists and engineers at Fiber Forged Composites.
Thanks to the engineers at Fiber Forged Composites, we work with high-quality 3D scan data and other measuring equipment to reverse-engineer and recreate physical objects in the digital environment - everything from a steering wheel to a car body. Reverse-engineered parts can be infinitely modified based on design requirements.
